If a pickup is missed, report it directly through the app. Need an extra pickup or want to request a container repair, you can do that too.

Handle multiple accounts and service details from one place. Link and manage multiple service accounts, add and update payment methods, and adjust your communication preferences. When you need help, contact customer support straight from the app without hunting for a phone number.

Roll-off customers get dedicated tools. Request roll-off pickups, view your request history, copy and resubmit previous requests, and request relocation or removal services. Edit or cancel roll-off requests on the fly, and keep a full record of your transaction history.

Stay in control of your profile and preferences. Update your contact settings, provide feedback directly to Waste Management, and receive alerts about service reschedules, delays, and important information. You'll always know what's happening with your account.
